      1   First of all, we have an online form you can fill out.  We'll warn you right now, it's a fairly long form and will probably take some time.  That's because you have a lot of things to tell people about your home - even if you can't think of any right now - and we need them to make your personalized FSBO Property Information Web Page™ a successful marketing tool for you.

      Of course, for those of you who would prefer to work offline, we've created a text version that you can download or print.   Then you can either mail or email it to us, or use it to fill out the online form more quickly.

     If you have a property flyer you'd like to send us, you can mail it to us or fax it to us at 209-844-3705.     

      2   In addition to filling out the property information form and sending it to us, you'll need to send us your photographs.   Photos can be either mailed or emailed to us.   Up to three photos will be added to your page as part of your low one time only $49.95 fee.  Additional photos may be added for only $5 each.  Scanning is included free.

     We will also resize photos as needed and, if they aren't great photos, will do what we can to make them look better. Again, this service is included free!

      3   Finally, you'll have to send us your payment.  You can either mail us a check or money order or pay online by credit card using 2CheckOut secure credit card processing services. (Note: If you feel uncomfortable using your credit card online, you may always call, write, or email us and give us your credit card information that way.)

What happens once I've done this?

• A draft version of your site (including the URL you should use in all your advertising) will generally be ready within 3 business days of receipt of your payment and be available online for your review. We will email you promptly to let you know that your webpage is ready and what the URL is. (Note: should you not have an email address you can use, we will call you.)
  
  
• When you review your draft, feel free to request any changes you want. Any changes you request will be made promptly, generally the same day you request them
  
  
  • 'Can I make these changes myself online?' Sorry, no. We have created a unique website for you and will need to make the changes for you.
  • 'Will you call me so we can discuss the changes?' Sorry, generally no. Besides wanting to keep our costs down so we can continue to offer this great service at this more than great price, having your changes in writing (email or mail) means that we can get them right as well as have a record of them.
    
    
• Once you have approved the site and said 'start advertising'...we will!
  
  
  • Sometimes people want us to start advertising their website before they have their photos ready. That is OK.
  • If you want to know what your URL is before we've gotten everything ready for you so that you can put it in an upcoming newspaper ad, etc...just ask. We'll let you know what it will be.
